Bundt Cake Breakfast
Ham, eggs, cheese. spinach… this Bundt breakfast contains the works! And get this, if you have leftovers, they freeze well! You can't go wrong with this delicious breakfast recipe. Enjoy!
ingredients:
- 1 cup diced ham
- 2 c tater tots… still frozen
- 1 dozen beaten eggs
- 1 can (8) Pillsbury Grands cookies, diced (raw)
- 2 c. Cheese… your choice… I used Cheddar
- 1/4 tsp milk
Instructions:
- All mixed together. Put in a greased grease pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes. When finished, return to a dish and cut and serve
- You can use any meat or vegetable you want !!!! The key is not to add too much bread and the tater tots add just the right amount of potatoes… they tear and you would think they were hash browns without making them dense!
- I have made this SOOOOO several times and I have varied the ingredients almost every time! but this morning, these are the simple ingredients that I used !!! So be creative !!!! you will not find this recipe anywhere because, as usual, I did it!
