KETO SPINACH ARTICHOKE CHICKEN


Keto Spinach Artichoke Chicken

A chicken casserole with artichokes and artichokes. Use all the delicious ingredients for a spinach and artichoke dip cooked on chicken fillets.

INGREDIENTS


  • 10 oz frozen or canned artichoke hearts - chopped
  • 10 oz frozen chopped spinach, drained and squeezed with liquid
  • 4 oz whole cream cheese
  • 4 oz mayonnaise full of fat
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, separated into two 1/2 cups
  • 1 cup mozzarella, separated into two 1/2 cups
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 bag of thawed chicken fillets 2.5 sachet

INSTRUCTIONS


  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
  2. Cut the chicken fillets into pieces and put them in an ovenproof dish. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook the chicken for 15 minutes alone.
  4. While the chicken cooks, combine the spinach, artichokes, garlic, cream cheese, mayonnaise, 1/2 cup parmesan cheese and 1/2 cup mozzarella. You may need to get your hands dirty to mix well.
  5. Remove the chicken from the oven after 15 minutes and cover the chicken with the artichoke and spinach garnish.
  6. Adjust the oven to 350 degrees and bake for 20 minutes.
  7. After 20 minutes, remove from the oven and sprinkle the remains of 1/2 cup of Parmesan and 1/2 cup of mozzarella on top.
  8. Turn the oven to Low Broil and get the melted and sparkling cheese and enjoy!
